Brand-new, top-of-the-line composite deck with sleek aluminum railings in SeaTac, WA

In SeaTac, we had the pleasure of constructing a new, medium-sized deck that beautifully complements the home’s exterior while providing a highly usable outdoor space. This approximately 450 sq. ft. deck was constructed with top-of-the-line composite decking and framed with sturdy aluminum railings, blending durability with modern looks.

The homeowners chose composite materials because of their long-lasting nature and minimal maintenance requirements. This material does not warp, fade, or splinter, keeping the deck looking new for years to come. It is also perfect for the wet climate of SeaTac.

The design of the deck is spacious and thoughtfully laid out to accommodate different outdoor activities. It features distinct areas for dining, lounging, and cooking, which are interconnected to encourage a smooth flow of movement between the spaces. The addition of modern furniture and colorful cushions adds a touch of comfort and style.

We installed aluminum railings for safety and to enhance the clean lines of the deck’s design.
