I hired Olympic Decks for a 12x15ft deck project on the side of my house. After checking quotes from 3 other deck companies, we decided to go with Olympic. Their quote was a little higher than the average compared to the others, but the reviews and pictures they shared of their work convinced us to try them out over the competitors. We're very glad we did. After our initial quote, we visited the showroom in Tukwila and choose our colors / style of our deck. Dmitri was helpful and patient with our questions. After we signed the contract, he was responsive in communicating, and even let us change the start date for the contractors to show up. They were working at our house two weeks after signing. Roman and Andrei (sp?) were the primary contractors, and were super talented and detail-oriented. They spoke almost no English (they came from Ukraine like 6 months ago), but they were proactive in seeking input throughout the project when questions arose, and were clearly proud of their work. We used google translate to stumble through talking. Our project took 5 days to complete, from demo - foundation - deck - finishing touches - junk removal. Dmitri came by at the end to answer any questions and ensure we were satisfied. 10/10 experience, would recommend.
