When we at Olympic Decks were contacted by homeowners in Tukwila, WA, they expressed dissatisfaction with their existing patio, which had become weathered and no longer suited their needs. Situated in King County, the property required a fresh approach to reclaim and enhance its outdoor space.

The project began with the removal of the old, deteriorated patio. Our team carefully dismantled the existing structure, ensuring that all materials were disposed of responsibly. The homeowners wanted a deck that would not only look great and highlight their pool area but also be long-lasting and low maintenance. They chose composite decking for its longevity and ease of care, specifying a neutral grey tone that would complement the architectural style of their home.

To maximize safety and accessibility, we installed black aluminum railings that offered a clean, modern look while keeping the pool area fully closed off for safety but also easily accessible.
