Dimitri and the Olympic team recently completed a 300+ sq ft deck for us in Seattle. The deck turned out beautifully, and I would like to thank them for a very seamless process. The team was very easy to communicate and work with, and pricing was also transparent and competitive. I highly recommend them for all decking projects in the Seattle metro area. As a secondary note, I would also highlight Dimitri's ability to work within the Seattle permitting system. We interviewed a few contractors at the beginning, and most tried to downplay the requirement for a permit. Olympic was fully supportive of our desire to do everything "by the book," and they were still able to complete the project with only a modest delay for city approval.
