This deck project was over 700 square feet of Trex decking. I contacted several contractors before deciding on Olympic Decks. Not only were their reviews great, this company stood out for professionalism and quality of workmanship on this job.
Dimitri visited the site and prepared a complete itemized materials list along with a scale drawing. This made it easy to get approval from my HOA. The detail and completeness of his proposal was superior to others I interviewed and it was clear he knew exactly what would be required. His estimate was very fair and reasonable (no games).
The primary "craftsman" for the build was Ilie Sobel. Ilie had helpers when needed, but did the work almost all himself. Every cut and angle was perfect. His skill and competency is un matched. He worked long hours arriving early and staying late until done. Every day he cleaned up his work area and stored tools.
Dimitri monitored progress with several visits and made sure supplies arrived when needed. It is rare to find such a qualified and reliable contractor. Everything was done as promised. If you are looking for a deck, Olympic Decks is by far the best in the market! We love our new deck. Thank you Dimitri and Illia.
